- Sit at the centre of commercial decision-making

- Take ownership of reporting processes while coaching and developing your team
- Own and deliver monthly management accounts across multiple entities
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis with clear commercial insight
- Analyse sales, margin and cost performance to identify opportunities
- Provide detailed business unit and profitability analysis
- Support investment decisions through business cases and financial modelling
- Contribute to senior reporting, audit processes, and year-end delivery
- Drive improvements in reporting, automation, and data accuracy
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong background in commercial finance and management accounting
- Advanced Excel skills with strong modelling and analytical capability
- Highly commercial, with the confidence to influence and challenge
- Experience within retail, FMCG, or multi-site environments would be highly advantageous
