This growing firm is looking for a Client Services Manager / Accounts Manager to join their experienced accounts team, paying £40,000 – £45,000
This is the perfect role for a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager ready to step up. You'll work closely with directors, lead and develop your team, and build lasting client relationships – all within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you'll:
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of diverse clients, becoming their trusted adviser.
- Build long-term relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Support firm growth by retaining clients and developing new opportunities.
- Coach, develop, and lead members of the accounts team.
About You
We're looking for a Client Services Manager who is:
- ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Experienced in practice at Manager or Assistant Manager or Senior level.
- Confident working with a variety of clients, particularly owner-managed businesses.
- Tech-savvy (knowledge of CCH desirable).
- A natural leader who inspires and energises others.
- An excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
