Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing business based in Widnes to recruit a technical Finance Manager. Reporting to the MD, this is a key leadership role overseeing all financial operations and business partnering across the group.

Alongside the daily financial operations, you will be involved with:
- Controls and integration projects
- Systems implementation
- Mergers and acquisitions
Key responsibilities include:
- Take full ownership of management accounts and financial controls
- Lead credit control and accounts payable functions
- Act as the main point of contact for all financial queries across the business
- Partner with all departments to support financial decision-making
- Liaise with central finance to ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Oversee financial aspects of the ERP system
- Manage payroll, VAT returns, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements:
- A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
