The role: You'll work closely with the Finance Manager to prepare and analyse key financial information that empowers the leadership team to make informed, strategic decisions.

It's a brilliant opportunity to build your commercial understanding while strengthening your accounting expertise in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

What you'll do: Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

Prepare accruals, prepayments, and stock valuations.

Reconcile monthly stock and produce workshop job reports.

Post nominal ledger journals and assist with management accounts.

Analyse spending patterns and provide insight to drive efficiencies.

Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with VAT returns.

Produce weekly P&L estimates and cash flow forecasts.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments on finance-related projects.

What we are looking for: Currently studying ACCA, CIMA2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

Background in manufacturing or another stock-related industry.

Experience using ERP systems (knowledge of Klip Board or similar is a bonus).

Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail.

Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
