An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team within a growing Manufacturing business. The Role
Reporting into an established FD, you will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge and support to drive financial performance. You will be heavily involved in decision-making, forecasting and performance analysis, helping shape commercial outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the lead finance contact for senior operational stakeholders
- Producing and interpreting management accounts, forecasts and budgets
- Delivering clear financial insight, KPI analysis and performance reporting
- Supporting rolling forecasts, long-range planning and annual budgeting
- Building and maintaining financial models to aid decision-making
- Reviewing P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with ambitious Commercial and Operational Finance Business Partners influencing non-finance stakeholders. You will ideally have:
- Full qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting background
- Confident modelling skills
- Proven ability to business partner and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills (Power BI or similar desirable)
- A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a changing, fast-moving environment
- Confidence working to deadlines with multiple priorities
