The Role
This is not a narrow, transactional position. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to build well-rounded commercial finance experience. You’ll support key areas of the business while developing your technical and strategic skill set. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with management accounting, including month-end processes, budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting financial reporting and statutory requirements
- Assisting with internal and external audits and maintaining strong financial controls
- Business partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, providing financial insight and support
- Supporting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc projects, process improvements and strategic initiatives
About You
- Part-qualified and actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA
- Proactive, hands-on and keen to get involved across the wider finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team
