Client Manager
to join its team.
You'll manage your own varied portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders and partnerships through to limited companies, while playing an important role in supporting and developing the wider team.

Responsibilities: Managing your own portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Developing a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and how they operate.
Planning and managing monthly workloads in line with client year ends and internal deadlines.
Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and presenting these to clients.
Completing Personal Tax Returns alongside the preparation of client accounts.
Responding to client queries and ensuring agreed deadlines and commitments are met.
Supervising and supporting junior members of the team to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Identifying opportunities to provide additional support and value to clients.
Working closely with the wider team to maintain a high standard of client service.

Attributes: Previous experience working within an
accountancy practice
is essential.
Experience managing or taking significant responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
Strong year-end accounts preparation and review experience.
Comfortable dealing directly with business owners and presenting accounts to clients.
Personal Tax Return experience would be advantageous.
Previous experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior team members.
Knowledge of
CCH software
would be beneficial but is not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
