Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting. Assist in the preparation of budgets, variance analysis, and identifying trends or opportunities for efficiency. Monitor key financial metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals Act as a trusted advisor to departmental heads and stakeholders, providing financial guidance and strategic insight. Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to ensure finance is embedded in decision-making processes. Deliver presentations and reports to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Contribute to project appraisals, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment assessments. Drive process improvements and assist in the implementation of financial systems enhancements. Qualifications & Experience: Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent (with active progression towards full qualification). Demonstrated experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role. Strong commercial acumen with an ability to influence and challenge decisions.
