We're looking for a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance function and help drive smarter, faster decision‑making across the organisation. You’ll transform financial and operational data into meaningful insight, build high‑quality reporting, and support planning, forecasting and performance improvement initiatives.

As Senior FP&A Analyst - what you’ll do:

  • Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information
  • Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and ERP data
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning
  • Create financial models, scenarios and business cases
  • Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance
  • Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers

What you’ll bring:

  • Ideally qualified ACCA / CIMA
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Advance modelling skills are essential
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel capability
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
  • Financial analysis, planning and performance reporting experience
