Job Description
An established and well-regarded National Advisory Firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead and grow their Corporate Finance offering in the North West.
This is a genuine strategic leadership role — perfect for an experienced CF professional ready to shape a service line, build a regional team, and lead from the front on origination and execution.
You’ll join a firm with a strong existing Corporate Finance team operating out of London and the South, and take responsibility for expanding the offering across Manchester and the wider North West region.
Corporate Finance Director Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Build and manage a pipeline of deals across a range of sectors
- Develop relationships with business owners, funders, PE firms, lawyers and intermediaries
- Work closely with internal audit and tax teams to provide a joined-up client experience
- Build and grow a regional Corporate Finance team
Corporate Finance Director Requirements:
- Significant experience delivering Corporate Finance transactions (buy & sell side)
- Proven origination skills and strong local network in the North West
- ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified (or equivalent experience)
