Overview
Principal Consultant – Public Practice Recruitment role with a forward-thinking accountancy practice. This position is for a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager looking to step up, with a focus on client services management within a supportive and progressive environment.
The growing firm is looking for a Client Services Manager / Accounts Manager to join their experienced accounts team, with a salary range of £40,000 – £45,000. You will work closely with directors, lead and develop your team, and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of diverse clients, acting as their trusted adviser.
- Build long-term relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Collaborate with directors and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Support firm growth by retaining clients and developing new opportunities.
- Coach, develop, and lead members of the accounts team.
Qualifications
- Experience in practice at Manager or Assistant Manager level.
- Confident working with a variety of clients, particularly owner-managed businesses.
- Tech-savvy (knowledge of CCH desirable).
- A natural leader who inspires and energises others.
- An excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
