What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the site finance function, leading from the front
- Delivering high-quality, insightful reporting that drives decision‑making
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations and leadership
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring audit readiness
- Ensuring robust SOX compliance, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving audit readiness
- Driving cost control, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing and developing a high‑performing finance team
- Influencing strategic decisions and supporting long‑term growth
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) essential
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong SAP experience key
- A confident leader who can influence at senior level
- Strong technical grounding combined with commercial insight
- Experience managing and developing finance teams
Working Pattern
4 days per week on site, 1 day working from home.
