The Role
As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping the business understand its financial performance by analysing data, producing reports and supporting key decision-making processes.
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and financial activities, including:
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Sales and margin reporting
- Management accounting activities
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Product costing
- Business performance analysis
- Month-end reporting
- Working with stakeholders across multiple international markets

About You
We're looking for someone with ambition, curiosity and a genuine interest in finance.
You may be:
- A recent graduate
- An A-Level or college leaver looking to begin an accountancy qualification
- Studying AAT, CIMA or ACCA already
- Early in your finance career and looking for a business that will invest in your future
You'll also have:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Confidence working with data and spreadsheets
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Good Excel skills (or the desire to develop them further)
