Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Commercial Finance Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified finance professional to join a large, market-leading organisation operating within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.
Reporting into a high-performing finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial insight, financial analysis and strategic support to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a highly visible position, offering exposure to key projects, investment decisions and business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial insight and analytical support for business projects, process improvements and investment appraisals.
- Support investment opportunities through financial modelling, analysis and post-investment reviews.
- Partner with operational and senior management teams, challenging and supporting business performance.
- Identify performance trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement, recommending corrective actions where required.
- Develop, enhance and utilise management information and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the rollout and adoption of self-service reporting capabilities across the business.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
- Monitor market and industry trends, assessing the impact on revenue, margin and costs.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support business growth and profitability.
- Produce ad hoc management reports and financial information for key stakeholders.
- Contribute to business transformation, continuous improvement and strategic projects.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing decision-making through data and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting projects, change programmes or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
