Senior Finance Regulatory Manager to strengthen its finance and regulatory reporting capability during a period of growth and change.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing regulatory reporting processes, improving financial controls, and supporting the wider finance team.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include

  • Preparing and overseeing UK regulatory returns.
  • Reviewing and rebuilding regulatory reporting models and spreadsheets to improve accuracy and controls.
  • Reconciling regulatory submissions to underlying financial records.
  • Supporting capital, liquidity and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Producing and reviewing monthly management accounts.
  • Managing cash forecasting and liquidity reporting.
  • Preparing and reviewing VAT returns.
  • Strengthening finance processes, controls and documentation.
  • Partnering with Finance, Risk and Compliance teams.
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues on regulatory reporting requirements.

About You

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience gained within financial services, wealth management, asset management, investment management or a similar FCA-regulated environment .

You will have

  • Proven experience preparing UK regulatory returns including Mi FID and RMAR submissions.
  • Strong management accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience improving and developing complex regulatory reporting models.
  • Strong financial control, reconciliation and governance knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
