Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and successful specialist services business based on the Wirral, as they look to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing the finance function and supporting the MD and Commercial Director with various projects. Salary/benefits: £45,000- £50,000. Hybrid and flexible working (2 office, 3 from home). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Private medical. Pension, 5% employer contribution. Job Duties: Preparation of monthly and year board packs & P&L Forecasting. Setting and control of all annual overheads. Develop and control the company’s annual budgeting process. Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial statements and reporting both monthly and annually. Ensure there is an effective internal audit program in place covering financial operations and controls. Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the company’s finances. Cashflow forecasting. Manage credit risk and support with any complex credit requests. Detailed data analysis and financial modelling to enhance business performance. Ad hoc projects as required.
