Our client is looking to appoint a Part-Time Finance Manager to work in their Waterlooville office for around 20/25 hours per week. The majority of the hours will be worked in the office, but they can consider some hours being worked from home.
This position will involve:
- Accounts payable - overseeing supplier invoices, processing supplier payments & maintaining relationships
- Credit control - chasing, annual reviews, daily sales ledger administration
- Monthly management reporting - balance sheet, P&L, cash flow forecasting, providing Directors with insight
- Budget planning - monthly monitoring, review & control of expenses
- Finance administration - bank reconciliations, VAT returns, expenses, credit card statements
Candidates will need to be:
- Qualified to AAT standard or similar
- Have 5 years finance experience
- Proficient in the use of MS, with a high level of Excel expertise
This role can be considered on a temporary to permanent basis or straightforward permanent. Please can you state your preference.
