We're currently working on the behalf of a local estate agent who are looking for a new Administrator / Property Co-ordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties such as: Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries Liaising with IT regarding any IT issues Ordering stationery general office administration Sending out terms conditions to vendors Conducting Anti-Money Laundering checks Attending new property instructions and assisting with measuring, property descriptions and floor plans Producing / type sales particulars Liaising with photographers and EPC providers - arranging property visits Assisting with listing properties on portals such as Rightmove, Onthemarket, etc Forwarding calls to correct sales team, or taking applicants details to arrange property viewings This role would suit an administrator who is looking to get into the property / estate agent sector, or a recent college leaver, who is confident talking to people on phone/ in person, who is looking for the first step in their career.

The role is being offered for 25 hours per week.

They can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread, to suit the correct candidate.
