Our client is a friendly, well-established company in Worthing, seeking a new part-time Administrator to assist with general office administration and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including: * Answering incoming enquiries and dealing with client queries * General administration of incoming orders * Sending fee proposals and order estimates to clients and following up * Assisting with general business development including leads on new clients or marketing opportunities * Developing strong relationships with clients and ensuring all queries are directed to the correct team * General data management, filing, dealing with incoming mail / emails etc The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 16-24 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread.
