Our client is looking to appoint a Part-Time Finance Manager to work in their Waterlooville office for around 20/25 hours per week. The majority of the hours will be worked in the office, but they can consider some hours being worked from home.

This position will involve:

  • Accounts payable - overseeing supplier invoices, process supplier payments & maintain relationships
  • Credit control - chasing, annual reviews, daily sales ledger administration
  • Monthly management reporting - balance sheet, P&L, cash flow forecasting, provide Directors with insight
  • Budget planning - monthly monitoring, review & control of expenses
  • Finance administration - bank recs, VAT returns, expenses, credit card statements

Candidates will need to be:

  • qualified to AAT standard or similar
  • 5 years finance experience
  • proficient in the use of MS, with high level of Excel expertise

This role can be considered on a temporary to permanent basis or straightforward permanent. Please can you state your preference.
