A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly vehicle rental company, looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator to assist within their accounts team. The successful candidate will undertake duties such as:
- Predominantly assisting with the administration of speeding fines or parking charges for vehicles.
- Processing any vehicle damage costs or fuel charges.
- Forwarding charges to the customers and following up as needed.
- Assisting in general accounts, helping process invoices, inputting accounts data onto systems.
- Answering customer queries as needed.
The company are looking for someone to work 16 hours per week. They are flexible how this is spread, to suit the ideal candidate, e.g. 2 long days or 3-4 mornings etc. Any previous experience within accounts administration would be useful, as would experience using Quickbooks software, however training can be given on this.
