Overview
A friendly, supportive firm of Accountants is seeking a new team member to join their accounts team. You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Preparing accounts from complete and incomplete records for a varied client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Supporting with tax and compliance work
- Communicating with clients directly via phone and email, answering questions in a helpful, friendly and professional manner
- Opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the team, spotting opportunities to improve procedures, suggesting solutions
Requirements
Ideally you will have at least 2+ years of experience working within a firm of accountants in a similar role. They are happy to consider those with professional qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, ACA, etc., but are happy to consider those with strong experience without qualification. The company is ideally looking for full-time, however they would still like to hear from candidates who are only available for part-time.
