A fantastic opportunity for those looking for part-time work as a senior Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will take on responsibility for assisting varied lettings clients, undertaking bookkeeping work.
Duties will include:
- Undertaking sales ledger, purchase ledger & nominal ledgers
- Processing monthly payrolls
- Producing monthly reports
- Production of accounts for trial balance
- Processing client accounts, reconciliation of client accounts
- Credit control, chasing tenants
- Producing VAT returns
- Liaising with external Accountants
- Developing positive relationships with clients and their business, managing individual needs of each client and assisting in their development
Any experience using Landmark or Key Prime software would be fantastic, but not essential as training can be given and they know this software experience is hard to come by. Any experience with agricultural / farming accounting would also be really beneficial, but again not essential. Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or similar level of qualification.
