A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional office undertaking a variety of Reception duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients, making them feel welcome, answering any queries
- Answering phone calls and directing incoming queries to the correct member of staff, or taking messages / following up as needed
- Ordering office stationery, ensuring supplies are kept well stocked
- General administration as needed
- Opportunity to assist senior members of staff with diary management, general assistant duties
This role would suit a friendly yet highly professional person who is confident talking to clients in person, over the phone, and via email. Previous Receptionist duties would be really beneficial, as would a general level of administrative experience. The company would also like this role to be able to cover annual leave / sickness for Reception staff within other nearby offices when needed. This would require occasional travel to locations such as Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant & Park Gate. You will ideally need your own transport.
