We are excited to be working on behalf of a friendly, established company in the Park Gate area, who are seeking a new Office Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be providing direct support to the company's Director, so this would suit a candidate who enjoys a mixture of office and PA duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the smooth day to day running of the office
- Taking responsibility for office supplies and administrative systems
- Providing PA support to senior management including diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Supporting HR and recruitment administration
- Assisting with organising company events, team activities, meetings etc
- Handling sensitive data, maintaining confidentiality at all times
This role would suit someone with proven experience working as an Office Manager, PA or Executive Assistant. You will need strong organisation skills and enjoy working in a varied role within the team. While not essential, it would be beneficial if you're available immediately or at short notice.
The company are ideally looking for someone to work 25 hours per week 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday. However, they are open to considering candidates who need 4 longer days a week.
