A fantastic opportunity for those looking to join a career in Sales Administration. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team within a well-established technology company. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Responding to tickets and emails
  • Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries (after full training and feeling confident doing so)
  • Providing quotes on products and services
  • Assisting Managers with general sales administration duties, invoicing etc
  • Using good attention to detail, working methodically to ensure all work is completed correctly

Any previous experience working within sales and account administration would be highly beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Office - Word, Outlook, Excel etc. is needed for this role, and any previous experience using CRM systems would be an advantage.

The company are looking for someone to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, there is also potential for overtime at preferential rates. They offer bonus schemes, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The role is working in the office alongside the team.
