A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly firm of Accountants as part of their administrative team, in a newly created role due to growth.
- General administration & filing information
- Completing documentation accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with transferring data over from old database to a new database, ensuring information is entered accurately, data is cleansed and transfer is done in a timely manner
- Taking over the firm's credit control duties, speaking with clients in a friendly manner asking for them to settle overdue payments. Ensuring that a good working relationship with the client is preserved.
- Reducing aged creditors overall, and escalating to Directors as needed
This role would really suit someone with strong administrative skills, and a strong ability to communicate positively with clients. The firm are offering this on a 12 month contract, but have good belief the role could become permanent for the right person. Any credit control experience would be beneficial, but having a professional, friendly manner with experience in administration is the most important aspect.
