Our client is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to work in their Southampton office. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions onto Quickbooks, including:

  • Purchase ledger/journal entries
  • Production of monthly/quarterly financial reports
  • Sales ledger/credit control
  • Accruals/prepayments
  • Inter-company reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Payroll management, including pensions scheme
  • Preparing accounts to trial balance for year-end preparation
