We're working on behalf of a friendly firm of Accountants who are looking for a new Office Administrator to join their team. Taking responsibility for general administration within the practice, you will undertake a range of duties including:
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail, forwarding to the correct person
- Answering the telephone and greeting clients as needed
- Managing client databases and updating with accurate data as required
- Completing forms, generally needed for anti-money laundering legislation
- Following up with clients to chase up paperwork and information needed
The firm are happy to consider full or part-time candidates, 25 hours per week and upwards. They are flexible about how these hours can be spread across the week.
You will need previous administration experience for this role, and ideally have experience working within a professional setting, using Microsoft Office etc.
