A fantastic opportunity to work in a varied role within a friendly firm of Accountants. You will be responsible for:
- Taking responsibility for a portfolio of microcompany accounts, preparation & review of work, liaising with clients as needed (circa 2 days a week)
- Undertaking a range of year end accounts preparation for a variety of other sole traders, limited companies & partnerships
- Corporation tax returns
- Management Accounts
- Overseeing client bookkeeping and assisting where needed
The company are ideally looking for someone full-time, however they could consider 30+ hours per week for the right candidate. You will need previous experience working within a firm of Accountants, have strong accounts knowledge, and ideally be AAT qualified/ ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified or similar.
