Working around 12 hours per week for this family-owned estate you will assist the Managing Director with the financial strategy for the group as well as;
- produce monthly financial reports for the Directors & Managers
- monitor cashflow performance against bank facilities
- prepare for the annual audit, and assist with year-end accounts production.
- lead the annual budgeting process with departmental managers
- present financial reports to the Board at AGM and Board meetings
- produce monthly VAT returns
- ad-hoc duties as required
Key Prime software is used so any experience with this would be an advantage, but not essential.
Excellent Excel knowledge is essential.
This position is for around 12 hours per week, with flexibility on how they are structured.
Ideally these hours will be worked in the office to assist with any queries from the Office Manager.
