Our hotel consists of 146 bedrooms, 6 meeting Rooms, a restaurant & bar as well as a soon to open swimming pool and sauna.

Job Description What will you do: Include but not limited to: Work across all Food & Beverage outlets including our restaurant, bar and conference & events Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver excellent & professional guest service at all times Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to Implement and maintain standards relating to food hygiene, brand standards, stock control and OHSManage Food & Beverage employees including rostering, training and performance management Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons.

Try to remember individual patron's names and their preferences to extend a personalized service.

Handle guests' complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.

Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift.

Carry out Duty Manager shifts.

Contribute to the realisation of financial targets of the department.
