In this role you will own the revenue strategy for Hyde London City, partnering with the GM and Head of Sales to optimize room revenue across segments, channels, and inventory. You'll lead commercial planning, monitor performance, and guide system and process enhancements to hit targets. You'll chair weekly commercial meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and operations. The role blends strategic pricing with hands-on analysis in a dynamic, brand-forward hotel environment.

Pay / Benefits

  • Own and implement revenue strategies for assigned properties
  • Develop and execute cross-functional commercial plans with GM and Head of Sales
  • Optimize mind share, market share, and channel share across revenue, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Chair weekly commercial meetings to align revenue, sales, and marketing strategy
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting; track trends and pace
  • Achieve room revenue targets (budget, RevPAR Index) and maintain profitability
  • Prepare annual revenue budget and monthly forecasts with occupancy/rate and market mix
  • Monitor competitors, new development, and local demand generators; manage third-party partnerships
  • Oversee channel management, rate loading, and inventory; maintain Revenue Management System

Key requirements

  • Previous Revenue Manager experience required
  • Strong understanding of systems and hotel operations
  • Opera Cloud and IDeaS G3 RMS experience preferred
  • London experience preferred
  • Problem-solving, quick learning, growth mindset
  • On-site five days a week with commercial team collaboration
