Overview
In this role you will lead a high-profile, commercially complex operation at a premier London hotel hub. You will drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events and Shaw Theatre, while building a high-performing team culture. You will act as a trusted partner to ownership and represent the property in the London market, delivering against financial objectives and asset value. - Drive commercial performance across Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events and Shaw Theatre
- Inspire, develop and empower a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment

- Represent the hotel externally and build strategic partnerships in the London market
- Lead operational excellence in a high-volume, premium hospitality setting
