Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are looking for 20/30 hours per week, including some weekends as required to the needs of the Hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily bedroom maintenance, as well as reported maintenance in public areas, kitchen and the Hotel exterior
- Visual H&S checks to ensure compliance
- Preventive maintenance programme to ensure product is maintained to high standard throughout
- Painting and Decorating
- Basic plumbing and electrical works
Qualifications
- Ideally Level 2 Health and Safety
- Tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc
- Excellent DIY skills
