The Novotel Wolverhampton is a modern 132 room hotel in the city centre, just a short walk from Wolverhampton train centre and excellent road links via the M6 and M54. With 8 meeting and function rooms catering for 150.

You must carry out a range of cleaning duties as per cleaning schedule or as agreed with the Head Chef. Ensure that freezers, fridges, crockery and dry goods storerooms are clean at all times. Assist in basic food preparation when required. Ensure that damaged or faulty equipment is reported to the Head Chef or Chef on duty. Ensure that all crockery, cutlery and glassware has no food debris still attached before returning it to the storage point and they are clean and polished to the required standards. Ensure that you clean up all spillages thoroughly and immediately. Place wet floor signs in easily seen places if there is a spillage as warning to other staff. Inform the Duty Chef of any rodent sighting. You must be totally familiar with the Hotel’s Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, Manual Handling and Customer Care procedures. Ensure that you are available for all training schemes/sessions that are organised by the Hotel.
