What you will be doing

• Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance.
• Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotels quality requirements.
• Alongside the Maintenance Manager you ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.
• Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
• Manage and supervise team members in their day to day tasks providing instructions and support if needed.
• Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
