We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen team at Mercure Bridgwater, home to the renowned Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar Grill. Working under the guidance of our highly experienced Head Chef, you will be involved in producing dishes across the hotel, with your main focus on the Steakhouse.
From preparing fresh ingredients to delivering beautifully presented plates, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends).
