Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
- Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly personalized relationships
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
- Completes all tasks linked to the guests' arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
- Handles phone calls and emails
- Passes information on as necessary to other departments and to other members of the front-desk team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility in working hours essential
