Situated 8 miles from the City Centre, this Manchester hotel has 81 contemporary guest rooms, each with wireless internet and satellite TV. The dining options include the elegant newly refurbished Pickwick Bar and Restaurant. The hotel has a spa facility, with an indoor heated pool, fitness room and massage treatments. The function rooms welcome up to 200 guests.

The Mercure Norton Grange Hotel and Spa is currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist to join the team. Below are some of the job requirements needed to work here:
- You will provide the beauty treatments on offer in the spa in compliance with the brand's standards and protocol.
- Your duty is to provide relaxation for the customers through different types of massage, body treatments, facial treatments and manicures/pedicures.
- You will contribute to the well-being of your customers through your consideration and discretion.
- You will explain the treatment, the process and its benefits to the customer.
- You will organise treatment rooms according to the appointments on the schedule.
- You will apply the hygiene standards relevant to your job.
- You will manage and monitor the stocks of materials and products required for your activity.
- You will advise the customers and sell the beauty products on your site.
- Previous Templespa experience an advantage.
- Must have Level 2 & 3 qualification (Facials & Massage).
- Above all a positive and 'can do' attitude is required.
