The 4-star Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel and Spa is set in tranquil countryside and its own landscaped grounds.

Situated 8 miles from the city centre, this Manchester hotel has 81 contemporary guest rooms, each with wireless internet and satellite TV.

The dining options include the elegant Grange Restaurant, or the newly Refurbished Pickwick Bar and Restaurant.

The hotel has a spa facility, with an indoor heated pool, fitness room and massage treatments.

The function rooms welcome up to 200 guests.

Job Description

Overview

The Leisure Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the leisure services offered within our establishment.

This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and engagement.

The Leisure Supervisor will assist a team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences, ensuring that all guests enjoy their time with us to the fullest.

Duties

  • Develop and implement leisure strategies that cater to the interests of our guests.
  • Oversee the daily operations of leisure facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational day to day.
  • Supervise and train staff in guest services and standards.
  • Maintain inventory of leisure equipment and supplies.
  • Assist the Leisure club manager with all tasks relating to club memberships.
  • Assist with the safe and effective management of pools on site.
