You are a multi-tasker and able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update your team on various projects.

  • Handle enquiries for events via email or phone during the shift, communicate immediately, and provide a reply or confirmation within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Create and carry out the preparation of function sheets and any amendments to them, ensuring these amendments are issued to the head of departments.
  • Manage and work within a variety of budgets to ensure events are always profitable.
  • Ensure a prompt input of reservations and data for all wedding enquiries and bookings.
  • Maintain clear communication with other departments for special requests or reservation-related matters.
  • Ensure Accor brand and company standards are implemented and updated.
  • Update and implement security and safety procedures.
  • Promote a positive working environment by developing team spirit.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct show rounds for weddings and events.
  • Be the point of contact on the day for the wedding couple.
