- Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards.
- Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests.
- Good knowledge of our products.
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
- Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times.
- Receiving and processing customers’ payments.
- Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations.
- Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
