We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team in Long Eaton, United Kingdom. As the face of our establishment, you will lead our front office operations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front office staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Manage front office budgets and contribute to revenue optimization strategies.
Minimum of 12 months experience in a front office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of revenue management principles.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Manager will be able to demonstrate clear progression in their career to date and have gained hotel revenue management experience in a competitive marketplace. You must be computer literate, have strong sales awareness and the ability to make sound business decisions in a fast moving environment.
