Job Description

  • PPM procedure to maintain this old building.
  • Follow the day to day maintenance tasks and report any issue to the Maintenance manager.
  • Implement and support to follow the health and safety procedure.
  • Follow daily engineering maintenance and assist in daily work
  • Ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.
  • Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainages service
  • Actively contributes to guests' comfort
  • Carries out repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
  • Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
  • Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Follows the preventive maintenance programme
  • Applies water hygiene procedures
  • Is in contact will all hotel departments
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting (essential), plumbing, electrical work
  • Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

Requirements: Experience in maintenance or related field is essential - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
