As our next Part Time Multi Skilled Team Member, you will greet guests, manage the reception desk, and provide personalized service across front‑office and F&E functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reception desk operations – processing check‑ins/check‑outs and serving as the single point of contact for guests.
- Guest welcome and assistance from arrival to departure, including handling feedback efficiently.
- Promoting the hotel’s loyalty program.
- Preparing required documentation for the day.
- Bar and restaurant service: taking orders, serving food, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining dining areas for events.
- Assisting with buffet setups and replenishment as necessary.
- Flexibly balancing reception and F&B duties based on hotel needs.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa.
- Must be fluent in English.
