As our next Part Time Multi Skilled Team Member, you will greet guests, manage the reception desk, and provide personalized service across front‑office and F&E functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception desk operations – processing check‑ins/check‑outs and serving as the single point of contact for guests.
  • Guest welcome and assistance from arrival to departure, including handling feedback efficiently.
  • Promoting the hotel’s loyalty program.
  • Preparing required documentation for the day.
  • Bar and restaurant service: taking orders, serving food, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining dining areas for events.
  • Assisting with buffet setups and replenishment as necessary.
  • Flexibly balancing reception and F&B duties based on hotel needs.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • We seek a self‑starter with a positive attitude, able to work unsupervised, and a customer‑focused problem solver who can manage nightly audits and ensure all revenue is captured and reported.
