Job Description:

As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will:

  • Be the welcoming face of IBIS Budget London Barking, providing warm greetings and ensuring guests feel cared for and valued.
  • Be present and visible in the lobby, creating memorable moments and fostering guest loyalty through personalized interactions.
  • Prioritize guest relations while adhering to administrative procedures.
  • Anticipate guests\' needs and handle requests efficiently, connecting them with appropriate services or staff.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage team by jumping across to the bar when required.
  • Work on a rotational basis for Breakfast and Night shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Food and Beverage services.
  • Experience with Opera or similar systems is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

You will be trained in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures to support your success. Fluency in English is essential to effectively welcome and care for our guests.
