We’re looking for a Luggage Porter to give a warm welcome and helping hand at The Hoxton, Edinburgh. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests, ensuring they are treated as individuals and will want to return.

What you’ll do…
- You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests, whether that’s answering guest questions, guiding them through the property or giving directions in the neighbourhood we call home.
- Jump in to help the team because teamwork is our middle name, and you’re a person who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats.
- Show guests to their rooms, giving information and helping with any amenities.
- Coordinate with front desk to manage guest luggage storage and handle guest luggage with care, as if it were your own.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance is kept tidy and presentable.
