  • Sharpen your sales skills and help your team deliver world-class results that'll make everyone proud.
  • Champion the hotel's targets with enthusiasm and drive, turning goals into wins.
  • Bring your A-game to guest relations, recognising all guests, especially those who need that extra special touch.
  • Build strong working relationships across all departments, keeping the communication flowing smoothly between night and day shifts.
  • Work independently and efficiently, keeping things running smoothly even during those overnight hours, if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (bonus points if it's been in the hospitality industry!).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems is a nice-to-have, but not a deal-breaker.
  • Comfortable navigating financial software and hotel management systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and stay efficient without needing constant check-ins.
  • You're adaptable and thrive when juggling multiple priorities at once.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; clear communication is your jam.
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a proactive mindset when tackling challenges or handling tricky guest situations.
