Job Description
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused M&E Host/Hostess to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the link between our Meetings & Events team and Food & Beverage operation, helping to ensure every meeting, conference and event runs smoothly from start to finish.
You'll coordinate room set-ups, communicate event requirements with the operational teams, and make sure everything is in place before guests arrive.
You'll also be on hand throughout events to welcome guests, respond to requests, and ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
When there are no meetings or events taking place, you'll support the wider Food & Beverage team across our outlets, helping with waitering wherever needed to ensure a great experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
